BIDDEFORD — Brandi Lynne Richmond, 22, of Arundel, was arrested on May 10, charged with a warrant arrest.

BIDDEFORD — Dustin Drew Richardson, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested May 11, charged with a warrant arrest.

THEFT

BIDDEFORD — Zachary Hawkins, 32, of Concord, NH, was issued a summons on May 12 and May 13, charged with shoplifting.

TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS

BIDDEFORD — Garret Lee Hanscom, 23, of Arundel, was arrested May 10, charged with failing to give motor vehicle accident information, violating condition of release, and failing to make oral or written accident report.

BIDDEFORD — Janice A. Wirtz, 60, of Biddeford, was issued a summons on May 9, charged with operating a vehicle without a license.

BIDDEFORD — Michael Patrick Davis, 43, of Limington, was issued a summons on May 10, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

BIDDEFORD — Christopher Mathew Loya, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons on May 11, charged with failing to obtain a drivers license.

VIOLATING A PROTECTION ORDER

BIDDEFORD — Brandon Cote Williams, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on May 10, charged with violating a protection from abuse order.

BIDDEFORD — Guy L. Gammon, 54, of Biddeford was arrested May 11, charged with assault.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

BIDDEFORD — Melanie Ellen Scott, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested May 12, charged with domestic violence assault, prior domestic violence charges, and a probation hold.

BIDDEFORD — Janis Marie Caruso, 47, of Biddeford, was issued a summons May 14, charged with two counts of assault, disorderly conduct, loud unreasoanble noise, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

BIDDEFORD — George J. Clark, 44, of Saco, issued a summons May 14, charged with possession of Marijuana.

BIDDEFORD — Taylor Brillant, 19, of Biddeford, issued a Summons May 14, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

BIDDEFORD — Cheryl Lynn Bushey, 48, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested May 15, charged with a warrant arrest, driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, violating condition of release, and two counts of unlawful possesion of a scheduled drug.

BIDDEFORD — Mason Soto, 25, of Biddeford, was issued a summons, charged with possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
