TOPSHAM — The town of Topsham has announced it is changing the hours at the municipal building effective Sept. 14 on a sixthmonth trial basis. On Monday through Wednesday the town offices will be open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday the town office will be open extended hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Conversely, the town office will have limited hours on Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The public notice of the slated hours changes issued Monday states that the change is on a six month trial.
