The Good Shepherd Food Bank will be hosting a food mobile at Loranger Middle School in Old Orchard Beach on Aug. 27 from 5-7 p.m. The event is open to the public. Participants are asked to bring their own boxes and/or bags to hold food items.
The Friends of the Libby Library are hosting a book sale on Thursday, Aug. 27 and Friday, Aug. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 27 Staples St., Old Orchard Beach. Proceeds will benefit the library.
