SOUTH PORTLAND – On Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 1 to 3 p.m., the South Portland Public Library will hold a party to celebrate the end of its summer reading program. This event, which is free and open to the public, will feature Enchantment Camp with Amanda Panda, Shayna Bear and Garcia Cheetah.
