SIS Bank announces the donation of $700 to York County Shelter Programs, Inc. as a result of the Bank’s “SIS Home Runs for Good” campaign. The promotion, a collaboration between SIS and a Portland radio station, gives $50 to a local nonprofit organization for every home run a member of the Boston Red Sox hits at home throughout the month. Each month, a different area charity will benefit.

York County Shelter Programs is the beneficiary of the money earned from the Sox’s 14 home runs at Fenway Park during the month of June. Here, Patty Holman of SIS; Diane Gerry, YCSP director of operations; Linda Nadeau of SIS; Megan Gendron, YCSP director of PR and development; Bob Dawber, YCSP executive director; and Cheryl Patstone of SIS mark the passing of the check.
