SACO — Henry Cooper, 36, of 3 Tasker St., Apt. 1, Biddeford, was arrested on Aug. 14 and charged with eluding an officer, operating after suspension, driving to endanger, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, motor vehicle speeding of 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, refusing to sign criminal summons and possession of drug paraphernalia.
SACO — Kayla Webb, 24, of 25 Hope Ave., Steep Falls, was summonsed on Aug. 17 and charged with possession of marijuana.

VIOLATING RELEASE
SACO — Jose Gilbert, 23, of 2 Eastview Court, Apt. 1, Biddeford, was arrested on Aug. 15 on three warrants and also charged with violating conditions of release.
SACO — Derek Smith, 24, of 203 Rankin Road, Buxton, was arrested on three warrants on Aug. 17 and charged with refusing to provide a name and address, violating conditions of release and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

SACO — Jimmy Williams, 20, of 11 Fogg St., Biddeford, was summonsed on Aug. 14 and charged with reckless conduct.

SACO — Amanda Anderson, 19, of 125 Portland Ave., Apt. 18, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed on Aug. 17 and charged with possession of marijuana.

SACO — Justin Bridges, 39, of 326 Main St., Apt. 202, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 17.
SACO — Wendy Krzesowski, 34, of Lincoln Road, Hampstead, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 18.
