PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs clubbed 17 hits — including a seasonhigh seven doubles — and closed out the 2015 season with a 10-4 Eastern League win over the New Britain Rock Cats (69-71) on Monday afternoon at Hadlock Field.

The Sea Dogs ended the 2015 campaign with a 53-89 record. The game also was the final contest for the New Britain Rock Cats, who will move to Hartford in 2016 and become the Yard Goats.

Aaron Wilkerson (4-1) allowed two runs for the win.
