OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Owen Philips, 20, of 9 Wolf Creek Drive, Windham, was summonsed on Aug. 28, and charged with criminal speed of thirty or more miles over the speed limit.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Ethan Gilman, 21 of 56 Off Road, Alfred, was summonsed on Aug. 30 and charged with criminal speeding of thirty or more miles per hour over the speed limit and violating bail condition of release.
ASSAULT
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Ryan Davis, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with assault and criminal trespass.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Alexander Vazquez, 18, of 19B Woodland Ave., was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with domestic violence assault.
