SACO — A 14-year-old was summonsed on Aug. 29 and charged with assault.

SACO — Sijonton Frazier, 41, of 475 Brook St., Westbrook, was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with domestic violence assault.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

SACO — Robert Merrill, 30, of 4 Melrose St., Nashua, N.H., was summonsed on Aug. 30 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.

THEFT

SACO — Linda Blanchard, 67, of 149 Allen Ave., Portland, was summonsed on Aug. 31 and charged with theft.
