TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee boys soccer team improved to 3-2-1 after a 3-0 win against Skowhegan on Thursday.
Maximo Varela netted the first goal for the Eagles, while Gage Palmer earned the second, giving them a 2-0 lead at the half.
Ethan Rac put in the final goal off a Varela pass.
Elliot Bowie had four saves in net. Also playing well for the Eagles were Owen Kelly, Kody Noyes, Peter Neufeld, Riley Gilson and Jake Fusco.
