VIOLATING CONDITIONS OF RELEASE
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Nicholas Dow, 35, of 72 Dow Road, Gorham, was summoned on Aug. 31 and charged with operating when suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions of release.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Adam Smith, 24, of 5 Verrier Drive, was arrested on two warrants on Aug. 28 and also charged with violating bail conditions of release.
SPEEDING
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Owen Phillips, 20, of 9 Wolf Creek Drive, Windham, was summonsed on Aug. 28 and charged with criminal speeding 30 miles or more over the speed limit.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Ethan Gilman, 21, of 56 Off Road, Alfred, was summonsed on Aug. 30 and charged with criminal speeding 30 miles or more over the speed limit and violating bail conditions of release.
ALCOHOL
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Nicholas Glasser, 18, of 617 Middlesex Turnpike, Billerica, Mass., was summonsed on Aug. 28 and charged with minor possessing liquor.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Marissa Cerino, 20, of 29 Oakledge Road, Raymond, was summonsed on Aug. 28 and charged with unlawful use of license and minor having liquor on person.
DRUGS
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Dillon Frechette, 20, of 609 Pleasant St., Norway, was summonsed on Aug. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Cynthia DeAngelo, 49, of 23 Francis St., North Reading, Massachusetts, was summonsed on Aug. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana.
ASSAULT
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Ryan Davis, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested on Aug. 29 and charged with assault and criminal trespass.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Alexander Vasquez, 18, of 19B Woodland Ave., was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with domestic violence assault.
WARRANTS
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Michael Masse, 49, of 373 Parker St., Apt. 3, Gardner, Mass., was arrested on three warrants on Aug. 30.
