OLD ORCHARD BEACH — David Towney, 54, of 27 Smithwheel Road, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 6.
ASSAULT
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Scott Hansford, 37, of 12 Victoria Lane, Stoneham, Massachusetts, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with domestic violence assault.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Roderick Pringles, 23, of 120 Line Road, Buxton, was summonsed on Sept. 4 and charged with drinking in public and possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Bryan Roberts, 18, of 54 Fern Ave., Apt. 3, was summonsed on Sept. 5 and charged with possession of marijuana and violating condition of release.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — A juvenile was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with possession of marijuana.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Britney Vianna, 23 of 901 Main St., Apt. 3, Sanford, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
VIOLATING RELEASE
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Alexander Vazquez, 18, of 19 Woodland Ave., Apt. B, was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Travis Donanhue, 43, of 39 Smithwheel Drive, Apt. 51, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with criminal trespass and violating bail conditions of release.
OLD ORCHARD BEACH — Corey Alexander, 23, of 204 Bauneg Beg Road, Sanford, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with violating bail conditions of release.
