Eric Curtis has been hired as the new Bonny Eagle High athletic director, replacing Kyle Hodsdon, who took a similar position at Newburyport High in Massachusetts. Curtis has been the Bonny Eagle Middle School athletic director and a social studies teacher there.

“Eric has been prepping himself for the job working with Kyle over the last few years,” said Bonny Eagle principal Paul Penna. “This is the perfect opportunity for him. He knows the coaches, the students and the school system.”

Curtis is looking for his replacement at the middle school and will officially start his new position in two weeks.
