SACO — Wayne McQueen, 35, of 33 Bradley St., was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 11. SACO — Lawrence Brierley, 38, of 22 Ocean Park Road, Apt. 20, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 19. SACO — Ryan Silva, 21, of 140 Elm St., Apt. 102, Biddeford, was arrested on two warrants on Sept. 19. SACO — Joseph Gallant, 46, of 25 Water St., Apt. 109, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 21.
SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY
SACO — Todd Murphy, 45, of unknown address, was arrested on Sept. 11 and charged with failing to register or update information on the sex offender registry, violating conditions of release and probation violation.

SACO — Ryan Townsend, 20, of 12 Berry Road, was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with eluding an officer, operating under the influence and criminal mischief. SACO — Pamela Fitzgerald, 46, of 18 Smithwheel Road, Apt. 24, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with operating under the influence. SACO — Kathleen Wakefield, 46, of 522 Main St., Apt. 1, Biddeford, was arrested on Sept. 17 and charged with violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
DRUGS
SACO — A juvenile was summonsed on Sept. 13 and charged with possession of marijuana. SACO — Shaun Daigle, 30, of 108 Webber Road, East Waterboro, was summonsed on Sept. 13 and charged with possession of marijuana. SACO — Dennis Phillipo, 38, of 74 South St., Apt. 1, Biddeford was arrested on five warrants on Sept. 18 and also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of marijuana and operating after suspension. SACO —Jason Vaelrio, 38, of Clark Street, was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with violating conditions of release and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. SACO — A juvenile was
summonsed on Sept. 21 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
OAS
SACO — Caleb Drabkowski, 19, of A96 Elm St., Apt. 307, Biddeford, was summonsed on Sept. 13 and charged with operating after suspension. SACO — Dimitri Wrightington, 20, of Main Street, Waterboro, was summonsed on Sept. 20 and charged with operating after suspension.
ASSAULT
SACO — A juvenile as summonsed on Sept. 13 and charged with assault and criminal threatening. SACO — Dillon Racine, 18, of 50 Moody St., Apt. 1, was summonsed on Sept. 16 and charged with assault. SACO — Derek Mercier, 25, of 102 Pine Ledge Terrace, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 18 and also charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, two counts of violating conditions of release and assault.
CRIMINAL THREATENING
SACO — Matthew Calvert, 18, of 18 Pine Haven St., Apt. 21 was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with criminal threatening and criminal mischief.
THEFT
SACO — Briant Levigne, 39, of 70 South St., Apt. 1, Biddeford, was arrested on Sept. 18 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
VIOLATING RELEASE CONDITIONS
SACO — Douglas Moss, 58, of 35 Maple St., was arrested on Sept. 21 and charged with violating conditions of release. SACO — Dwight Palmer, 39, of 16 Bingham St., South Portland, was summonsed on Sept. 23 and charged with violating conditions of release. SACO — Derek Mercier, 25, of 102 Pine Ledge Terrace, was arrested on Sept. 23, and charged with probation violation and violating conditions of release.
TOBACCO
SACO — A 17-year-old was summonsed on Sept. 22 and charged with possession of tobacco products by minor.
