
Vinny was born in Florida on Jan. 21, 1945, a son of the late Vicente and Ruth (Hunter) Pardo-Piper.
Vinny was well known in the Sanford community. Vinny was a very social, personable person who left a lasting impression if you had the privilege of getting to know him.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Harriette (Blanchette) Piper.
He is survived by: his extended family and care givers, Jon and Ola Brien and their children, all of Sanford; as well as many friends who loved him. Vinny also leaves behind family in Peru: his sister, Imelia; as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins throughout the United States.
A memorial celebration of Vinny’s life will be held on Sunday, Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale.
