David P. Bernier, 36, 13 Brittany’s Way, Lyman, 2 counts aggravated assault, assault and criminal mischief May 16 in Biddeford.

Thomas A. Blake, 30, 16 Pine Ave., Old Orchard Beach, burglary, 2 counts receiving stolen property and 2 counts aggravated criminal mischief July 10 in Lyman.

Bobbi Jean Bouthot, 25, 6 Rathier St., Biddeford, eluding an officer, reckless conduct, refusing to submit to arrest, driving to endanger, violation of bail conditions and leaving the scene of an accident July 30 in Biddeford.

Lawrence Brayall, 44, 32 Foss St., Biddeford, burglary, theft and aggravated criminal mischief July 10 in Lyman.
