ORONO (AP) — The University of Maine is hosting its 10th Cohen Lecture.
Former Defense Secretary William Cohen is being joined Tuesday by Gen. Joseph Ralston, former supreme allied commander in Europe, and Ambassador Nicholas Burns, former undersecretary of state for political affairs, at the event at the University of Maine.
The lecture was established in 1998 and now takes place every other year.
Past speakers have included Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, astronaut and former Sen. John Glenn; Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, Attorney General Eric Holder and journalist Bob Woodward.
