BIDDEFORD — Gisele G. Boucher, 92, of Biddeford, and a resident of The Inn at Atlantic Heights in Saco, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House with her family by her side.

She was born Oct. 20, 1923, in Daveluyville, Quebec, a daughter of Donat and Yvonne (Bellefeuille) Boucher, and was educated there, coming to the states as a teen.

On Nov. 28, 1946, she married Paul Paquette in St. Andre’s Church in Biddeford.

She was employed at Pepperell and Bates Manufacturing Companies for 10 years, Kesslen Shoe in Kennebunk for 13 years and Herman Shoe in Scarborough for 18 years.

Her husband Paul died April 29, 1991. On Jan. 22, 1993, she married Romeo Boucher.

Gisele enjoyed sewing, and flower and vegetable gardening. Her family was the center of her life and she enjoyed time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her first husband, she is preceded in death by: Romeo on July 20, 2004; a sister, Therese Boucher Fortin in 1978; brothers, Gaston in 2003, and Yvon; and also a granddaughter, Shonda Lynn Paquette in 1978.

She is survived by: two sons, Norman Paquette of Scarborough, and Donald Paquette and his wife Geraldine of Biddeford; a daughter, Diane Trudeau and her husband Richard of Lyman; five sisters, Jeanne d’arc Nadeau of Dover, New Hampshire, Jacqueline Mininni of Arundel, Lucille Petrin of Biddeford, Lise Huard of Saco, and Priscille Paquette of Florida; four brothers, Jean Guy Boucher of Saco, Claude Boucher of Saco, Jacques Boucher of Dayton, and Normand Boucher of Berwick; three grandchildren, Alexandria and Samuel Paquette of Scarborough, and Chantal Coogan of Longmeadow, Massachusetts; two greatgranddaughters, Grace and Emma Coogan; and a great-grandson, Camden Saltmarsh, all of Longmeadow

Visiting hours will be 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
