A suspected methamphetamine lab was discovered in an apartment building in Brewer Monday night.
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and Brewer police say the suspected meth lab, at 164 Wilson St., was found in a six-unit apartment building that was damaged by fire Monday. No one was injured in the fire.
The MDEA lab response team will begin processing the scene around noon Tuesday, with the help of investigators from the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
The lab is the MDEA’s 50th meth-related response this year.
