From the Journal Tribune: “In an effort to change with the times, (Biddeford) Public Works has successfully worked to increase the size of allowable trash cans in the city. Trash receptacles were previously limited to those no larger than 30 gallons. On Nov. 15, the City Council unanimously approved an increase to 40 gallons.”
