True North announced that as of Jan. 1, 2016, its practitioners will no longer provide health care services to patients in its location on Route 1 in Falmouth.

Rather, it will begin to collate its findings and document the experience of running a nonprofit organization founded to change health care and encourage individuals to live healthier lives through integrative care, education and research, according to a release from its executive director.

Dr. Miles Simmons will continue his psychiatric practice and relocate to a new office in the Portland area. Allie Knowlton and Evelyn Rysdyk of Spirit Passages will continue their shamanic healing practice in Yarmouth. True North will continue to provide supplements through its store.

Family practice doctors Reuben Bell, D.O., and Charles de Sieyes, M.D., and gynecological specialist Bethany Hays, M.D., are retiring as of Jan. 1 and closing their practices.
