n CBRE | The Boulos Co. has hired Teodora Strbac and Tim Millett as associates.

Strbac, of Portland, previously worked at Atlantic Fund Services as a mutual fund accountant.

Millett, of Auburn, most recently worked in the property management industry at Comp Services, where he managed multiple properties.

n Mathew Zimmerman has joined Fontaine – The Real Estate Leader in Scarborough.

Zimmerman, of Portland, has a background in construction and sales. He started his real estate career in 2010 and works with buyers and sellers.

n PDT Architects was recently recognized with an international school design award for its design of Mt. Blue Campus in Farmington.

The firm was awarded a 2015 Lee Brockway Award for school renovation/addition projects by the Association for Learning Environments.

Mt. Blue Campus is an academic and career technical high school for 950 students that underwent a three-year renovation/addition makeover. The building, which opened in 2013, integrates academic and technical disciplines in three learning communities giving students flexibility to follow broad interests through the curriculum.

n Gregory Clayton of Camden was selected as one of the eight mediators statewide for the Maine Residential Real Estate Mediation Program.

Clayton has been practicing over 30 years and has 16 years of mediation experience.

n Tony McDonald, a broker and partner of CBRE | The Boulos Co., was named Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Maine Association of Realtors.

McDonald, a partner of the firm, joined the company in 1987. He holds a Maine and New Hampshire real estate license and the prestigious CCIM designation granted by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, and the SIOR designation, which is conferred by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

n Scott Townsend, of the Scott & Sunny Townsend Team with Keller Williams Realty, was recognized by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for his recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market within the Greater Portland area.

Townsend, of Scarborough, has been a successful Realtor in the Greater Portland area since 2001 and specializes in coastal homes.

n NAI The Dunham Group has announced that Justin Lamontagne has earned the prestigious CCIM accreditation, an international membership comprised of the world’s top commercial real estate professionals.

n William Raveis Real Estate, the largest family owned real estate brokerage company in the Northeast, joined forces with Carleton Realty, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm in Midcoast Maine.

The Maine entity will be named William Raveis Carleton Real Estate.

The purpose of the affiliation is to combine William Raveis’ marketing resources, Northeast geographic footprint, market research and real estate focused technology with Carleton’s deep roots in the communities they serve and local market knowledge.
