
Sprague-Ripley went 11-for-11 from the field – including hitting three 3-pointers – as he put up a game-high 29 points. Amabile added 23 points in the victory.
Massabesic coach Chris Binette was happy with his team’s performance on the defensive side of the ball.
“We played really good team defense … they played really well together,” said Binette.
Old Orchar d Bea ch 41, Sacopee Valle y 24
Old Orchard Beach broke open a one-point game with a big second-half surge to take down Sacopee Valley on Tuesday night.
The Seagulls outscored Sacopee Valley 27-11 in the second half to cruise to the victory, which puts them at 2-1 on the young season.
Sam Custeau led all scorers with 12 points and Evan Christensen added 10 points in the win.

Deering 47, Sanfor d 32
The Sanford girls had a lead in the first quarter, but Deering would end up taking control down the stretch.
Summer Camire led the Spartans with 12 points and Annie Ledue chipped in with six points.
Deering was led by Amanda Brett’s game-high 20 points.
“(We) were unable to stop Brett in the first half and unable to adjust to Deering’s stall tactics in the second half. It was a good learning (experience) for this young team,” said Sanford coach Tracy Lizotte.
