KENNEBUNPORT — Ryan Mowery, 22, of 227 Downing Road, Arundel, was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 30 after he was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Log Cabin Road. Mowery is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Jan. 20.

KENNEBUNPORT — A 16-year-old male of Kennebunk was charged with carrying passengers beyond interim license restriction after being stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street on Dec. 11.
KENNEBUNKPORT — Donna Thompson, 69, of 2 Wood Road, Kennebunkport, was charged with exceeding the posted speed limit after the violation was observed on Old Cape Road on Dec. 14.
KENNEBUNKPORT — Frank Williams, 22, of Wilton, was charged on Dec. 19 with failure to provide evidence of current insurance after he was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street. ..
KENNEBUNKPORT — Sarah Adams, 41, was charged with texting while operating a motor vehicle when the above violation was observed on North Street on Dec. 16.
KENNEBUNKPORT — Kelly Doyle, 38, of 29 Pleasant St., Kennebunk, was charged on Dec. 17 with failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident after officers investigated a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Arundel Road on Dec. 16. Doyle is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Feb. 3.
