12/22 at 1:58 p.m. Glenwood Eaton, 70, of Maple Grove Avenue, was arrested by Cpl. Michelle Small on Maple Grove Avenue on a charge of operating beyond license restrictions.

12/24 at 10 p.m. Richard Heffron, 37, of Bath, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Oak Grove Avenue on a charge of violation of a protection from abuse order.

12/22 Brittany Smith, 20, of State Road, West Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Nicholas Green on Heath Lane on a charge of criminal mischief.
