BIDDEFORD — Norman Giguere, 73, of Biddeford, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at his home.
He was born Oct. 21, 1942, in Biddeford, a son of Robert and Marie (Gosselin) Giguere, and was educated locally. Norman served in the U.S. Air Force. He was employed for over 25 years at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He had been a member of the Masonic Lodge in Biddeford.
Preceding him in death were: a brother, Mark Giguere, in 2014, and a sister, Claudette Carter, in 2011.
Norman is survived by: two sons, David Giguere and his wife Deborah of Saco, and Gary Giguere and his wife Carol of Standish; three brothers, Robert Giguere and his wife Priscilla of Arundel, John Giguere and his wife Joan of Saco, and Laurent Giguere and his wife Helen of Biddeford; and nieces and nephews.
There will be no visiting hours. A memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 15, 2016, at St. Anne’s Chapel of St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
