WISCASSET — The Midcoast Green Collaborative, in collaboration with Coastal Senior College, invites the public to “An Introduction to Permaculture,” a free public presentation by Topher Belknap at the Lincoln County Communications Center on Route 1. Belknap is a founding member of the Midcoast Green Collaborative, committed to helping home owners live sustainably, with particular emphasis on food and energy. He has conducted more than 400 energy audits in the area since 2006 and is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
