FARMINGTON — The Mt. Ararat High School Nordic ski team competed in the Cougar Classic Soft 7 at Titcomb Mountain on Wednesday.

Ealges Eleanor Skinner and Annie Carter finished 29th and 60th, respectively. Skinner crossed the finish line in 27:59.50, while Annie Carter came in at 40:17.40.

Morse skier Jenny Wilbraham, who trains with Mt. Ararat, had a solid day, finishing in fourth place in a time of 22.21.70.

In the boys race, Cyrus Warren (49th, 25:27.20), Sam Stride (54th, 26:24.40) and Davi Sanchis-Alfaro (84th, 41:46.40) competed.

Mt. Ararat and Morse returns to action on Saturday in the Maranacook Waves event.
