A six-part Nature Writing Workshop will be held at Viles Arboretum starting Tuesday. Instructor Andrea Lani, a certified Maine Master Naturalist, will teach how to write about the natural world. Tuckahoe Preserve, Jan. 23 in Berwick

Great Works Land Trust board member Michael Wright will lead a ski or snowshoe trek as part of the annual tour on the Beaver Dam Heath. Meet in the parking area on Hubbard Road, 4.3 miles north of Berwick Center. Registration is required. Cost is $5. To learn more, go to www.gwrlt.org.

Full Moon Walk, 6 p.m. in Biddeford
