KENNEBUNKPORT — On Dec. 15, Michael Adams, 18, of 121 North St., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia after officers made contact with him on South Main Street. Adams is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Feb. 3.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Dec. 15, Joseph Mazzillo, 19, of 243 Curtis Road, Arundel, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana after officers made contact with him on South Main Street. Mazzillo is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Feb. 3.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Dec. 29, Samuel Driscoll, 18, of 11 Ferry Lane, Biddeford, was charged with Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor after officers made contact with him on Whitten Hill Road. Driscoll is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Feb. 17.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 10, Aric Cody, 26, of 141 Kennebunk Pond Road, Lyman, was charged with operating after suspension and use of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped on Mills Road. He is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on March 9.
Traffic Infract ions
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Dec. 31, Jamie Soderlind, 34, of 127 Arundel Road, was charged with failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after he was stopped on North Street.
Resisting Arrest
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 1, Michael Kennedy, 54, of Cape Porpoise, was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance at 10 Robin Lane. He was charged with obstructing government administration and failure to submit to arrest or detention and was transported to the York County Jail. He is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Feb. 17.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 8, Ashley Childress, 32, of 86 Beachwood Ave. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired license after she was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Walker’s Lane.
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 11, George Carlino, 59, of 60 Surrey Street, Medford, Mass., was charged with speeding on Main Street.
Domestic Violence
KENNEBUNKPORT — On Jan. 1, Kathy Lovely- Kennedy, 53, of Cape Porpoise was arrested after officers responded to a disturbance at 10 Robin Lane. She was charged with domestic violence assault and is due to appear at the Alfred Superior Court on Jan. 20.
