TOPSHAM — Mt. Ararat jumped out to an 18-0 lead and held the lead throughout in a 36-17 win over Bath in a seventh-grade middle school girls basketball game recently.
In all, 10 players scored for the Eagles, led by Jaden Lohr with eight points, followed by Lauren Magno and Hannah Kenney with six points apiece.
Julia Lucas paced Bath with six points, with Olivia Chabot and Hannah Gates picking up four points each.
On Tuesday, Mt. Ararat held on for a 40-39 victory over Lewiston.
Kenney had 13 points, followed by Lohr with 10 and Magno with seven.
Myah Nicolas had 17 points for Lewiston.
