1/14 at 9:29 p.m. Michael P. Luca, 41, of Monroe Avenue, Westbrook, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Interstate 295 by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/15 at 7:37 p.m. Jennifer M. Perry, 32, of Bean Street, Hollis, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
