Marshwood 48, Biddeford 27
The Tigers would get falls from Myles Villarreal, Shayne Welch and Chris Lantagne, but it wouldn’t be enough to pull off the upset against the Hawks.
Villarreal picked up a fall at 160 pounds, while Welch won by fall at 195 and Lantagne at 220 pounds.

Biddeford 67, Scarborough 9
The Tigers won 12 of 14 bouts as they cruised past the Red Storm.
Peyton Bissonnette (106), Brandon Avery (126), Dyer (138), Brian Livermore (145) and Welch (195) all won their bouts by fall for the Tigers.
Biddeford would get a major decision from Villarreal at 160 and a decision from Lantagne at 285.
Harmonie Collbroth (113), Josiah Garcia (132), Zach Vallee (152), Mathieu Gagne (182) and Burnham (220) all accepted forfeits for the Tigers.
Scarborough got an injury default win from Jeremy Sendrowski at 120 pounds and John Stolz picked up a decision at 170 pounds.
Biddeford 49, Westbrook 24
The Tigers used four pins and two forfeits to secure the win over Westbrook.
Collbroth (113), Chris Doner (120), Gagne (182) and Lantagne (285) all won their bouts by fall for the Tigers, who would get forfeit wins from Avery (126) and Welch (195).
Biddeford’s Dyer won by major decision at 138 and Garcia (132), Livermore (145) and Villarreal (160) all won by decision.
Westbrook got pins from Ryan Schackley (106), Connor Kerwin (152), Brandon Lajoie (170) and Mikiel Lepage (220).
Regionals set for Saturday
Biddeford will head back to Marshwood on Saturday for the Class A South Regional Championships. Other local teams at the Class A South regionals will be Kennebunk, Sanford and Massabesic.
Wells will head to Mountain Valley for the Class B South Regional Championships on Saturday.
