BRUNSWICK

It seems that winter has had a rather difficult time actually getting going, with temperatures occasionally hitting 50 degrees.

Hopefully, with temperatures heading down this week and snow starting to accumulate, we may get a little winter playtime in yet.

Skiing is my favorite winter sport, but I have less enthusiasm for the price tag. With daily lift tickets at most major ski/board resorts heading towards $100 a day, looking for ways to get more skiing in for less money is always my mission.

Here is what I’ve found.

Shawnee Peak

Shawnee leads the pack with some really great deals.
