BOWDOIN — Leanne Titcomb, age 66, retired teacher, died at her home, Tuesday February 9, 2016.

She was born October 01, 1949 in Douglass, KS, the daughter of Theodore and Alice Carlson Gray. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School and the University of Kansas, later earning her MA from East Carolina University. She married Leslie Titcomb in Portland, ME on February 13, 1988. Mr. Titcomb died October 24, 2015.

Mrs. Titcomb had a love for teaching kids; whether it was in the public school systems or Sunday school programs. Her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ was the most important aspect of her life and one of her biggest desires was to help others begin and grow their relationship with Him!

She was exceptionally talented in music, playing the clarinet, saxophone, piano and guitar. She was a member of the Bath Municipal Band for many years. She enjoyed painting in several mediums, including acrylics, water color, oil and sketch drawing. She fancied her cats, music boxes, as well as being intrigued by the discovery of unique rocks, shells and marbles.

She is survived by a son, Alex Titcomb, his wife Hilary and daughter of West Gardiner; a daughter Masha Hsiao, her husband Paul and two boys of Philadelphia, PA.

A celebration of life service will be held 3pm Saturday, February 27th, 2016 at TNT Bible ministries, 213 Foreside Road, Topsham, ME. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.brackettfuneralhome.c om.
