SACO — The Maine Educational Opportunity Center (MEOC) will be hosting free workshops entitled “Essentials of College Planning,” for adults 19 and older, on Thursday, March 3, 17, 24 and 31 at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place at the University College in Saco, located on 4 Scamman Sr., Suite 18. MEOC, which is housed at the University of Maine, provides assistance to adults living in Maine and helps them go to whichever college or university they choose.
