
The Bath Area Family YMCA girls gymnastics team hosted a successful meet against Lewiston- Auburn on Saturday.
In Level 2, ages 7-9, Kyra Fortier placed first allaround with a 36.70. Fortier placed first on both beam (9.2) and floor (9.25), and tied for first on vault with teammate Nataleigh Cantrell with a 9.05. Sarah Ouellette placed second all-around (36.05) with a first on bars (9.3) and second on floor (9.0). Cantrell earned fifth in the all-around with a 33.75, and was third on floor (8.9).

In Level 3, age 9 competition, Ava Wolverton earned first place in the all-around with a 35.35. Wolverton placed first on both vault (9.15) and bars (9.1). Macie Shiers earned second in the all-around (33.15), with a second on both vault (9.05) and floor (8.45).
In the 10-year-old division, Molly Newell was first in the all-around (34.75), first on vault (9.35) and first on bars (8.8). With an 8.7, Nastassja DeLoge earned first on floor. DeLoge was second on beam (8.35), second in the allaround (34.15) and tied for second on bars (8.6) with teammate Aurora Jamison. Jamison earned second place on vault with a 9.2 and was third all-around (33.9). Sophie Wood earned fourth place in the all-around with a 33.4. Wood was third on both vault (8.8) and floor (8.3). Caroline Thelen earned third place on bars with an 8.3.
Caroline Carter earned first place in the all-around in the 11-year-old division with a 34.9. Carter earned first on both vault (9.45) and floor (9.0). Hannah Baker earned second place in the all-around (34.2) with a second on vault (8.9) and bars (8.6).
With a 35.1, Anna Yankee earned first place in the allaround in Level 5 competition. Yankee earned first on vault (9.1) and floor (8.9). Teammates Elizabeth Bingham (33.5) and Grace Delano (31.65) earned second- and third-place in the all-around, respectively. Bingham earned second on vault (9.0) and floor (8.75). Delano was third on vault (8.5) and second on beam (8.5).
In Excel Silver, ages 10-11, Michaela Anderson earned first place in the all-around with a 35.1. Anderson earned first on both bars (9.3) and beam (8.6). Teammate Emma Dobransky earned first place on floor with an 8.7. Dobransky placed second on bars (9.0) and was second in the allaround (34.75).
In the 12-14 year-old division, Charlotte Carter earned first place all-around with a 34.75. Carter was first on vault (8.85) and second on beam (8.6). Jenny Bakewell earned placed first on both bars (9.4) and floor (9.0), and was second in the all-around (34.65). Teammates Tatiana Scott (33.75) and Tori Hersey (33.55) earned third and fourth in the all-around, respectively. Scott was second on bars (8.9) and third on vault (8.65). Hersey was second on both vault (8.7) and floor (8.5).
In Excel Gold, ages 10-12, Kallie Maney earned first place all-around with a 34.15. Maney earned first on bars (9.1) and second on vault (8.65). Audrey Crews earned first place on both vault (9.05) and floor (8.65), and placed second in the allaround with a 33.85. Alamea McCarthy earned fourth place in the all-around (32.6) and was fourth on both vault (8.45) and floor (8.0).
In the 13-21 year-old division, Gabriella Taylor earned first place on both floor (9.1) and bars (9.0). Taylor placed second in the allaround with a 35.35. Rachel Poulton earned second on vault (8.75), third on bars (8.7), and was sixth in the all-around (33.8). Teammates Carly Lister (32.95) and Erika Tardiff (30.0) placed on seventh and eighth in the all-around, respectively. Lister earned third on both vault (8.65) and floor (8.7). Tardiff earned fourth on vault (8.6) and fifth on bars (8.5).
Lilia Hayford earned first place in the all-around in the Excel Platinum division with a 35.9. Hayford earned first place on both bars (9.4) and vault (9.2). Kayla Soucy earned first place on beam with an 8.6, and was third on vault (8.8) and second in the all-around (34.4). Havi Ellers earned third place in the allaround with a 33.35. The team next competes March 12 at home.
