TOPSHAM — The town will conclude its series of “Back to the Future” workshops at the Topsham Public Library Wednesday, April 13.

The 6:30 p.m. session – “”Putting it all together: Can we coordinate our goals to move forward?” – is the culmination of meetings the past few months that covered the economy, transportation planning, and protection and promotion of Topsham’s historic and rural heritage.
