BRUNSWICK — Richard Footer, 91, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. at David E. Desmond & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Full obituary to follow.
