COLUMBIA FALLS — Carol A. Wagner, age 68, passed away Thursday, April 21st at EMMC in Bangor. She was born in Portland December 11, 1947 the daughter of Robert A. and Velma T. Brown. She attended Freeport schools graduating from Freeport High in 1965.
On August 29th, 1969 she married Douglas E. Wagner Jr.
Carol worked as a book keeper many years and later at LL Bean in the returns department.
She was an avid quilter. Carol was a member of the Pine Tree Quilters Guild and the kaleidoscope quit group.
Surviving are her husband Douglas of Columbia Falls, sons Robert (RD) and his wife Tracey of Lewiston. Tyler and his wife Aimee of Columbia Falls. Carol is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, April 27th from 6- 8 PM at Stetson’s Funeral Home 12 Federal St. Brunswick. A graveside service will be held Thursday, April 28th at 1PM at Burr Cemetery Route 136 Freeport, Maine with the Rev. Sandy Williams officiating.
