4/19 at 4:44 p.m. Francisco Valle, 34, of Village View, Freeport, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Chandler Drive on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/26 at 6:43 p.m. Brandon Hutchins, 26, of Valley Road, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on High Street on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating under the influence.

4/27 at 6:15 p.m. Harold Swain, 58, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Bluff Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/30 at 10:13 p.m. Katlyn Whittier, 27, of Winter Street, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Chandler Drive on a charge of violating conditions of release.

4/22 Adam Deane, 40, of Washington Street, was issued a summons by Officer Eric Bryan on Washington Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.
