From the Journal Tribune: “The modular school building with mold on its walls is headed for court because of alleged negligence by the seller. The town of Dayton has filed a five count complaint in the York County Superior Court against Schiavi Leasing Corp. of Oxford, for negligence, intentional misrepresentation and breach of warranty.”
