5/3 at 12:30 a.m. Kristian Flanagan, 24, of Elm Street, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Water Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/3 at 8:45 a.m. Frances Levesque, 54, no address listed, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on High Street on a charge of criminal trespass.

5/4 at 2 p.m. Phillip Alley, 23, of Woodland Avenue, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Denny Road on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

5/5 at 4:30 p.m. Matthew Williams, 19, of U.S. Route 1, Edgecomb, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on High Street on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and refusal to sign a summons.

5/7 at 8:40 p.m. Alyssa Shope, 25, of Pine Ridge Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Washington Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/7 at 9:25 p.m. Eric Dionne, 43, of Murphy’s Corner Road, Woolwich, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Leeman Highway on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/7 at 9:47 p.m. Max Meyer, 45, of Beacon Brook Road, West Bath, was arrested by Sgt. Mike Lathrop in West Bath on a charge of domestic violence assault, and issued a summons on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/8 at 1:49 a.m. Heidi Pierce, 46, of Elm Street, was arrested by Officer Nicholas Green on Elm Street on charges of criminal trespass and assault.

5/8 at 11:30 p.m. Carlos Herrera, 23, of Dummer Street, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Dummer Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.
