Meranda Martin had three hits and Sydney Tilton drove in six runs as the Richmond High School softball team rolled to a 31-2 Class D South win over Searsport on Wednesday.
Tilton doubled and homered. She also pitched, striking out seven and walking one. Martin singled twice, added a triple and picked up two RBIs. Also for the Bobcats (5-0), Kalah Patterson singled twice and Mackenzie Abbott had two hits, including a double.
Searsport finished with just two hits.
Richmond returns to action on Friday at home against Vinalhaven/North Haven at 2:30 p.m. for a doubleheader.

The host Eagles used an eight-run third inning to take control in a five inning Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference mercy-rule win over Camden Hills in Topsham.
Katelyn Cox singled, doubled, tripled, scored three runs and drove in two to lead the 5-4 Eagles, who host Bangor today at 4:15 p.m. Kayleigh Temple scored three times, while Alana Weaver, Zoe Stilphen, Belle Benner, Sam Gonyea and Kristen Graffam each singled.
Weaver struck out four and allowed eight hits in the complete game victory.
Laticia Billings and Maddie Wickenden each had two hits for the Windjammers (0- 9).

The host Falcons scored seven runs in the second inning to take control in a Mountain Valley Conference win over Wiscasset, which fell to 1-8 and hosts Madison on Friday at 4 p.m.
Sydney Petrie ripped a triple and had four RBIs for Mountain Valley (4-3), while Karen Flaherty chipped in two hits, three runs and an RBI. Jordan Duguay also had three hits.
Stefanie Jones was 2-for-3 for the Wolverines and scored the lone run for the visitors.

Brunswick came out swinging in the first inning against Lewiston as the Dragons scored three runs and freshman pitcher Shea Sullivan answered by striking out two Blue Devils in the bottom of the inning, giving Brunswick an early 3- 0 lead in a KVAC matchup.
But, Lewiston took advantage of a call in the second frame and scored four runs, followed by three more in the third inning as the Blue Devils defeated the Dragons.
Danielle Cyr went the distance on the mound for Lewiston, limiting the Dragons to one hit after the first inning when Brunswick collected three hits. Cyr struck out nine batters while walking one.
Meagan Gosselin and Cyr were the offensive catalysts for the Blue Devils, as Gosselin had two hits, including a double while driving in two runs. Cyr added a tworun double during the decisive second-inning rally.
Allie Eck opened the first for Brunswick with a triple and scored when Sullivan singled her home. After a Margaret Dickinson walk, Ketty Stinson scorched the ball to third base, where Gosselin made a spectacular catch. Alyssa Dunton added to the Dragons rally by belting a double to score Sullivan and Dickinson.
The Dragon bats went silent after the first until Lily Mateus lined a single to right in the seventh inning.
Brunswick fell to 1-9 and hosts Mt. Blue on Friday at 4 p.m.

The host Tigers scored four runs in the both the third and fourth innings and held on for a KVAC win over the Shipbuilders, who dropped to 5-4 and hosts Spruce Mountain on Friday at 4 p.m.
Down 9-2, Morse scored two runs in the sixth and two more in the seventh to get close. The Shipbuilders out-hit Gardiner, 10-9.
Mikaya Rose, Hope Faulkingham and Micailah Albertson had two hits apiece for Morse, with Meghan Stover adding a double, and Marissa Parks, Sierra Wallace and Ali Gagnon each singling.
Parks struck out eight and walked five on the mound.
Julia Nadeau, Jillian Bisson and Brianna Brochu paced Gardiner with two hits apiece. Bisson struck out seven, walked two and hit two batters for the win.

The Falcons permitted seven runs over the final two innings as visiting Gray- New Gloucester picked up a Western Maine Conference win.
Freeport (3-7) hung tough for five innings, trailing 3-0.
The Patriots jumped on top in the opening inning as Amanda Thayer (3-for-4, two RBIs) and Cara Waltz (3-for- 4) began the frame with back-to-back singles. Alison Martel (two hits) plated a run with an RBI triple.
Gray-NG added a pair of runs in the third.
Haylie True drove in three runs for the visitors over the last two innings.
Bailey Karnes and Lauren Briggs each singled twice for Freeport, which hosts Greely on Friday at 5 p.m.
