EAST BOOTHBAY (AP) — Construction is underway on a 32-bed dorm for students and scientists visiting the East Boothbay campus of the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences.
A $3.1 million grant from the Harold Alfond Foundation was matched by an anonymous donor to fund construction of the 15,000- square-foot building.
