Ryan J. Bachman, 34, of Forest Street, Westbrook, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. at Route 1 and Sawyer Road by Officer Donald Laflin on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating without a license.

Maxwell R. L. Carollo, 19, of Old Neck Road, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on Municipal Drive by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of violating conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest and trafficking in prison contraband.

Scott A. Shepard, 49, of Broadturn Road, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. at Route 1 and Milliken Road by Officer Joshua Guay on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Daniel R. Cox, 53, of State Street, Portland, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

Karen M. McCabe, 44, of Prince Street, Westbrook, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Stephen S. Gonyer, 47, of Park Avenue, Portland, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Peter K. Paul, 31, of Elm Street, Saco, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Joshua M. Kaufman, 31, of Forest Street, Westbrook, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Broadturn Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of aggravated assault.

Kathleen E. Lee, 32, of Broadturn Road, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Broadturn Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of assault, hindering apprehension or prosecution and violating conditions of release.
