TOPSHAM — Jacqueline Munsey-age 73, died at the Gosnell House, Scarborough, Friday, May 27 2016.

She was born August 20, 1942 in Dayton, OH a daughter of Jack and Ruth Schuyler Jenkins. She grew up in Brookville, OH and married Bruce Spence on October 6, 1962. Mr. Spence died August 16, 2005. Jacqueline married William Munsey in Brunswick on December 1, 2007.

She loved her family and especially found joy in her grandson and two great grandsons, as well as making several trips back to her Ohio homestead. She spent most of her time at home, reading books, listening to music, and attending to her flowers. Away from home she found a peacefulness traveling and sitting anywhere alongside Maine’s sea coast.

She is survived by her husband, William L. Munsey of Topsham; a son, Chris Spence and wife Julie of Bolling Brook GA; a daughter Melissa Spence of Topsham; a brother Tom Jenkins of Kettering, OH; two sisters, Pam Weaver and husband Charles of Brookville, OH, Jodi Blackridge and husband Gary of New Carlisle, OH; a grandson Brian Pilcher and fiancé Kaitlyn of Sebego; two great grandsons, Kyle Pilcher and Jackson Pilcher; three stepsons, Andre Munsey and wife Kathy of Norman, OK, Erich Munsey and wife Liz of Belmont, MA, Richard Munsey and wife Shellie of Moore, OK; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held 1 pm Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at the Brackett Funeral Home, Brunswick, with interment in Oak Grove Cemetery, Bath.
