
The Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a Woolwich man.
According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, Benjamin Fisher, 20, of Tallman Road in Woolwich left his residence on May 23. He was due to show up at work at Staples in Brunswick but did not arrive there. Fisher has a medical condition that requires routine maintenance.
Fisher was last seen on May 23 at a Ward Road residence in Brunswick. It is believed he may have then headed to Portland. He sent a text on May 24 and since then his phone has been turned off.
On June 1, he may have been at Shaw’s in Bath based upon a potential sighting. He does not have a vehicle or a driver’s license.
Fisher has not been heard from since May 24 and his family and friends are concerned for his well-being, the press release states. His name and information have been entered into the national missing person’s information system.
