Summer has finally arrived! The lakes are blue and the golf courses are green.

This four-season area is filled with lovely old homes, quaint shops, galleries and lots of local history. You can boat from the tip of Long Lake in Harrison to the end of Sebago Lake in Standish taking in the breathtaking scenery on your ride. That’s 43 miles of boating along with so many other great bodies of water in our area.

Motor boats, pontoon boats, kayaks and canoes can be seen on the waterways daily with many marinas and boat launches to help make your time here a pleasurable one. We also offer hiking trails, fishing, biking (pedal or motorcycling) quaint restaurants, theaters and an abundance of little shops. We’ve got it all!

The people you’ll meet here are so interesting and friendly, that if you get a chance to chat with them while visiting be sure to take the time. Come on over and fill your lungs with clean fresh air and experience the pristine beauty of this area that I get to call “home!”
