Baylor Wilkinson knocked in Biddeford’s first two runs, hitting a line drive into right field to score Charlotte Donovan and Chantelle Bouchard.
Biddeford broke the game open in the fifth inning by scoring six runs.
A handful of girls produced big hits in the inning, including a big home run by Donovan.
Not only did Biddeford produce at the plate, but it also played tight defense while receiving sharp pitching as well.
Some defensive highlights included Bouchard throwing two girls out stealing in the first inning, as well as the Biddeford squad turning two double plays.
The first double play came from Hannah Gosselin, who caught a line drive and tagged second base for the unassisted play.
The second came from Lexi Libby in the fifth inning. Libby caught a fly ball in left field and fired a strike to home plate to tag out a South Berwick runner.
Donovan took the circle for Biddeford, allowing only six hits while collecting four strikeouts.
